German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. potatoes (small to medium)
    1 lb. bacon, diced
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    3 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins whole until done.
    Fry bacon.
    Stir in onions; do not drain.
    Mix sugar, flour, bouillon, salt, pepper, vinegar and water.
    Add to bacon and onions.
    Stir until thickens slightly.
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Add to sauce; toss lightly.
