Stuffed Plantains(Signature Dishes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe plantains (yellow with many black spots)
    1 lb. ground round chopped meat
    3 medium cloves garlic, mashed with 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, mixed with 1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. Goya Sazon
    1 Tbsp. each chopped olives and pimientos
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    You will need nonstick cooking spray and 6 pieces of 12 x 12-inch foil.
