Bird'S Nest Soup - cooking recipe

2 pkg. instant Ramen style chicken soup
2 eggs
2 scallions, chopped green only
Preparation

Prepare noodle soup as directions on package instruct.
When noodles are almost all the way cooked, crack eggs into soup and cover pan.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, low heat, or until egg is cooked.
Serve garnished with scallion tops and crackers on the side.
Serves 2.
