Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine sugar and shortening.
Cream until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat until batter is light.
Add mashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter.
Stir until well blended.
Add nuts.
Bake in a greased loaf pan for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
