Peach Bliss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
4 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Heat crushed pineapple and dry peach gelatin to dissolve; let cool.
Fold in whipped topping and buttermilk.
Pour into an 8-inch square dish to congeal.
Cut into squares.
Serve on lettuce leaf topped with mayonnaise.
