Deer Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Place strips of meat 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick in marinade.
Marinate overnight, turning if necessary.
Lay marinated meat strips on oven rack.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
They get crisper the longer they bake.
Store finished jerky in Ziploc bags.
Jerky will keep up to 2 years.
