Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. salad dressing
    1 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain and flake crabmeat.
    Mix everything together.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat.
