Honey-Mustard Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded green cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped scallions
    1/4 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables.
    In a small bowl, combine
    remaining
    ingredients,
    stirring until blended.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat thoroughly. Healthy.
    Makes 4 servings with 106 calories per serving.
