Strawberry Marshmallow Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Set bowl of gelatin firmly in a bowl of ice; whip with rotary beater until very light and fluffy.
    Fold into whipped topping.
    Fold in marshmallows and pineapple.
    Pour into mold and chill until firm.
    Serves 12.
