Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small (5 to 7-inch) head cabbage
salt to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Parboil cabbage, salting to taste. Drain. Mix soup, milk and mayonnaise. Set aside. Mix corn flakes and margarine. Put 2/3 of corn flake mixture in bottom of 2 or 3-quart casserole, then the drained cabbage. Pour the soup mixture over this and top with the rest of the corn flake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
