Garlic Chicken Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spinach fettucine
    4 large garlic cloves
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes)
    1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan
    3 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil spinach fettucine and rinse; drain thoroughly.
    Put 1 teaspoon of olive oil in large frying pan.
    Saute 2 garlic cloves and cook chicken until done (15 minutes).
    Remove chicken and drain on paper towel.
    Add 2 teaspoons garlic and saute 2 garlic cloves. Add fettucine and chicken to heat.
    Just before removing, mix in Parmesan cheese.
    Garnish with grated Parmesan.
    Serves 4.
