Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon cake mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. Ricotta
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed.
    Cream together Ricotta, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Put this mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Put over the cake a lemon pie filling.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
