Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. ground pork and beef
2 raw carrots (julienne cut)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. or can bean sprouts
1/4 c. oyster sauce
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 small box frozen French green beans
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/4 small cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
Preparation

Cook ground meat, onion and garlic until red is gone from meat. Add finely julienned cut carrots, green beans, bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook until carrots have lost their firmness. Add cabbage and cook until soft crispy. Drain mixture in a colander until cool. Roll in wrappers. Add oil to a nonstick skillet and fry until golden brown.
