Slow-Cooker Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) tub cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour (plain)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, broccoli, cheese, eggs, flour, butter or margarine, onion and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir; reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours longer or until a thermometer placed in the center reads 160\u00b0 and the eggs are set.
    Sprinkle with a little cheese if desired, then serve.
