Grandma'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Break egg in bowl; add water and vinegar.
    Add to dry mixture. Makes enough for two (9-inch) pies, top and bottom.
