Mae'S Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour (Pillsbury self-rising)
1 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour. Mix warm milk and yeast which has been dissolved in the warm water.
Add sugar.
Add all at once to flour and mix or knead until smooth.
Roll out, cut as for biscuits and place on a greased flat pan.
Let rise before baking. Bake at 425\u00b0.
