Hyde'S Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. small green peas, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained (save juice)
    1 medium jar pimentos
    1 stick butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter until soft. Remove and mix with other ingredients, using juice from water chestnuts to dilute soup; mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole. Cover with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
