Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini squash, washed and trimmed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    4 slices bread
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Put zucchini through food chopper or chop fine.
    Combine with remaining ingredients except cheese and place in a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
