Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 bag chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. oil
6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix, with a wooden spoon in a very large mixing bowl, all ingredients.
Grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
