Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large leaves, removed from 1 head cabbage
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. leaf basil
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
Preparation
    Microwave whole cabbage for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until 8 outer leaves can be removed easily.
    Refrigerate remaining cabbage for other use.
    Cut out hard center rib from each cabbage leaf. Place leaves in an 8 x 12-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap and vent 1 corner.
    Microwave on High power for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes until leaves are pliable.
