Creamy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 8 crackers)
Preparation
    Place 1-inch of water and broccoli in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
