Low-Fat Fiesta Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut up into cubes (or 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. cube steak or 1 lb. ground turkey)
    1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 or 3 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. taco sauce (mild or hot)
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat in a skillet with liquid Butter Buds and chopped onions until onion is tender.
    Add tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, salt and rice.
    Stir in taco sauce.
    Heat through and sprinkle on cheese.
    Stir lightly.
