Cheese Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. bacon, partially cooked (fat drained off)
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish; put in cubed bread, then grated cheese, then bacon.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
    Pour over bread, cheese and bacon.
    Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (great for brunch).
