Meat With Red Stuff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
4 to 6 potatoes
1 can tomato soup
salt
pepper
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
Place in greased iron skillet. Salt and pepper potatoes. Place chopped onion over potatoes.
Press uncooked ground chuck over onion and potatoes. Press down evenly and seal to sides of skillet.
Pour tomato soup over ground chuck.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
