Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together sugar, flour and butter to form fine crumbs. Take out 1 cup and set aside.
Take 1 cup sour milk and add soda and stir.
Add beaten egg and mix with dry mixture.
Pour in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
