Chili Verde(Hot Picante Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 blender fresh green jalapenos
    1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Blend together in blender.
    Cook in covered pan over medium heat until it loses its green color (about 1 hour).
    Makes 1 quart. Keep in refrigerator in covered jar.
