Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. sliced apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cider or apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place sliced apples into buttered baking dish.
    Sift together sugar and flour; blend until mixture is crumbly.
    Pour 1/2 cup of cider or apple juice over apples.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and crumb mixture over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until topping is slightly brown.
