Grape-Nuts Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 1/2 c. milk, heated
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in well buttered loaf pan or casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be served with gravy or mushroom sauce.
