Vermicelli Or Spaghetti With Tomato Anchovy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    6 green onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1 lb. spaghetti or vermicelli
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, anchovies and capers.
    Simmer 10 minutes (you may add fresh basil or oregano).
    Cook spaghetti al dente.
    Arrange on large platter. Spoon sauce over top.
    Decorate with olives, cherry tomatoes and parsley.
    Season with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
