Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box raisins
2 c. coffee
1 Tbsp. shortening
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Bring to a
boil
raisins, coffee and shortening.
Take off heat and
let cool.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in tube pan for one hour at 350\u00b0.
