Tabbuli(Parsley Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fine ground wheat (can be purchased from any health food store)
    1 bundle mint
    4 bundles parsley
    1 bundle green onions
    3 tomatoes
    olive oil to taste
    juice of 3 lemons or to taste
Preparation
    Soak wheat for approximately 1/2 hour.
    Wash first.
    Chop all the vegetables as fine as possible.
    All except the tomatoes can be chopped in a blender by adding water, then draining.
    Pour the olive oil and the lemon juice over the mixture and mix well.
    This can be served over lettuce, cabbage or fresh grape leaves.
    Or stuff cherry tomatoes with this mixture.
