Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin (4 oz. Pieces)
    2 lg. egg whites, beaten
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 T. Italian seasoning
    1 t. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
    1/2 c. part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 T. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
    Dip chicken in egg whites and turn to coat.
    Mix breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning and dip chicken in breadcrumb mixture.
    Turn to coat thoroughly.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
    Add chicken Cook until lightly browned and no longer pink inside (about 4 min. per side).
    Place on paper towels to drain. Pour 1/2 c. of sauce evenly over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheeses and bake until bubbly, about 25 min.
