Crunchy Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. peas (frozen)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss lightly.
Chill. Serve on salad greens.
Chicken may also be used.
