Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked, or 1 c. ham
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon or ham and cheese in pie shells.
    Beat remaining ingredients until blended and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Cut into wedges and serve hot.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
