Claude'S Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
    3/4 (16 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients.
    Dip chicken in mixture, coating heavily and then dip into stuffing mix, again coating heavily. Roll pinwheel fashion and place in baking dish.
    Pour melted butter on top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be prepared well ahead of baking time.
