Frosted Cranberry Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine pineapple, cranberry sauce, sour cream and pecans. Turn into 8 x 8-inch pan, cover and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer a few minutes ahead of serving time.
Cut in squares; serve on salad greens.
Yields 9 servings.
