Cheesed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
butter

Preparation

Stir sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese into drained cauliflower. Place in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
