Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Sift 3\tcups
    flour,
    cinnamon,
    soda,\tsalt and baking powder in a
    bowl.
    Beat
    3
    eggs well in bowl.
    Gradually add sugar and oil
    and
    mix well.
    Add vanilla to the dry ingredients also and beat well.\tStir in zucchini.
    Combine nuts with flour.
    Stir
    in butter.
    Pour
    into
    3 greased, floured loaf pans.\tBake at
    350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until tests done.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
