Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, tuna or other fish
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 large egg white (I use whole egg)
    3/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Shape in patties.
    Fry in any type oil about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 6.
    Can half the recipe.
