Diet Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts flakes
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk then in cereal.
    Bake in pan at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
