Fava Beans With Lamb(Ful-Eeyee Ma' Lahum Ghanum) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lamb, cubed
    butter
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 lb. fava beans, cut into 3-inch pieces
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Add onion and garlic and simmer.
    Add beans and saute 5 more minutes.
    Add water, salt and pepper.
    Cook in covered pan on low fire until beans are tender, about 30 minutes.
