Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in liquid from artichokes; add garlic.
    Beat eggs; add cheese, pepper, Tabasco sauce, oregano, parsley and bread crumbs.
    Stir in chopped artichokes to garlic and onion mixture. Stir everything together.
    Bake in 11 x 9-inch or 8 x 8-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
