Pot Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. flour
Preparation

Measure flour; add potatoes.
Stir in eggs.
Mix well.
Roll 1/4 inch thick.
Cut in squares.
Drop in boiling broth.
Be sure you stir each layer as you drop it in the boiling broth, because if you drop dry pot pie squares on top of dry layers, they will stick together and you will have lumpy pot pie.
