Bacon Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble, reserving 2 tablespoons
drippings in pan.
Remove pan from heat and add mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt, mixing well.
Combine potatoes, eggs, onions and celery in bowl.
Add dressing and toss. Stir in bacon pieces.
Chill several hours before serving. Serves 10.
