Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. Morton Tender Quick
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. coarse peppercorns
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together hamburger and Morton Tender Quick and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, mix remaining ingredients with meat mixture and divide into 3 parts.
    Roll each part into long rolls and wrap in nylon net and place on a wire rack in a pan and bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Wrap in a paper towel to absorb grease. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
