Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes, cooked, sliced and chopped (7 c.)
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pickles (or pickle relish)
chopped onions (amount desired)
chopped green peppers (amount desired)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

In a large bowl combine potatoes, eggs, pickles, onions and green peppers.
Stir together mayonnaise, pickle juice, salt, pepper, celery seed and garlic salt.
Gently fold together both mixtures and chill.
Garnish with additional egg slices, if desired.
