Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
3 c. apples, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix sugar, Wesson oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour.
Mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
