Puntanesca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotini
    1 large can tuna
    1 (16 oz.) can plum tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 medium Spanish onion, coarsely chopped
    6 anchovies, finely chopped
    3 or 4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3 or 4 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Chop pasta al dente.
    Chop tomatoes (coarsely), retaining fluid.
    Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients, except olive oil.
    When pasta is done, drain and rinse in hot water.
