Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated or chopped
Parmesan cheese
1/2 can pizza sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation

Spread very soft cream cheese in a 12-inch glass lipped dish or tray.
Pour on pizza sauce.
Layer olives, onion, pepper and mushrooms over sauce.
Sprinkle on cheese very generously.
(May be made the day before and refrigerated, but bring to room temperature before serving.)
Serve with crackers or chips.
