Crock-Pot Stew Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Melt 1 to 1 1/2 cups bacon grease. Roll birds in flour and brown evenly in bacon grease. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove and put in large casserole dish with thin gravy made from pan drippings. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
